Return Policy

Returning your Product
If you have a need to return your product, we will be glad to take it back as long as we can re-sell it.

The following criteria will need to be met:
  • In "as-new" condition: No scratches, marks etc and cannot have been seasoned or stained. In short, just like you received it from us.
  • Arrange with us to return it within sixty days of the purchase date.
We can only refund the purchase price less a 20% restocking/reboxing/handling fee and not the shipping.
We will email a label to you to use to send the product back to us with.
You will have to pay for the shipping to send the product back.
Once we receive it, and it is in "as-new" condition, we will then provide the credit (less 20% restocking/re-boxing/handling) via Amazon and will email you to let you know it arrived and about the credit. (Please let us know when you send it, and fill in your information on the label)

To arrange to return your product, send us an email (sales -at- breadslicerdepot.com) or use the Amazon system to contact us.

Occasionally, folks find out that their bread does not fit through the slicer guide, but would like to swap their Elite for a Classic which will accomodate their loaf size. As long as the criteria above are met, we will gladly swap it out and will waive the re-stocking fee. The difference in price will be used towards the cost of shipping the new Classic to you, and we will credit your Amazon account for any left over funds. You will be responsible for sending the Elite back to us at your cost.
