Size Your Loaf:
The Elite can accept a loaf with a width of 5 inches (12.7 cm). The guide height at it's peak is 6 1/2 inches high. The height is not critical as a loaf can be gently pressed under this. For a printable scan of our Elite guide, click here. Print out the scan and compare it to your loaf to see that your loaf fits the Elite. For wider loaves, we also have the Elite Ampio with a six inch loaf width, and the Classic for any loaf.
The Maple Slicer Elite bread slicer is made of brushed stainless steel and maple wood. Sized to suite a standard bread maker loaf, this bread slicer will give you great cuts every time and will last and last.
Hand made in Tampa Florida, it's outside dimensions are 14 inches long x 7 3/4 inches wide, and it's overall height is 8 1/4 inches.
The slicing guide is stainless steel and all screws are also stainless. The bread board wood is solid maple for a pleasing look and long life. Four rubber feet keep it from scuffing your countertop.
This will solve the problem of slicing your bread evenly and will look great in your kitchen.
